At IGNIS Craft, we are committed to delivering top-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy below:
Returns
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please contact us at fire@igniscraft.com to initiate the return and receive a pre-paid return label.
If you would like to return an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. In this case, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the item must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items such as custom, personalized, or monogrammed products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Warranty
Each IGNIS Craft product is covered by a 3000-day warranty. If you experience any issues beyond the initial 14-day return period, please contact our support team for assistance.

- We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a pre-paid shipping label.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Important Information
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.
- Items that do not meet the return conditions (e.g., signs of wear or damage) may be refused and returned to the customer.
