Cut to one console, not to a size chart
Universal pouches are a compromise: too loose and the console slides, too tight and you fight it out every time. This case is patterned to the Miyoo Mini Plus specifically — v2, v3 and v4 share the shell, so all three fit. The console goes in with light resistance and stays put upside down.
Leather instead of neoprene
Neoprene sleeves absorb shock and then hold moisture against the device. Genuine hide does the opposite: it stiffens slightly into the shape of what it carries, and it stays dry. The trade is weight — this is heavier than a fabric sleeve, and that is the point.
It also takes a deck of cards
The internal dimensions happen to match a single standard deck almost exactly, which is why it started life as a card holder. If the console is not in it, a deck of bridge or poker cards fits without rattling.
